Children allowed in pool areas!!! The room decor and maintenance need serious updates!!! The hotel should definitely improve communication about all-inclusive offerings!!!

had an amazin time at aluasoul menorca! the staff were super friendly and really made u feel welcome. the food choices were great, especially at breakfast! loved the comfy beds by the pool and the awesome sea view from our balcony. air con worked well and the place was super clean and tidy.

We had a cracking time! The pools were braw, especially the adults-only one. The staff, especially John, were pure brilliant—helpful and friendly. The only downside? The bar service could be a bit slow at times. a great place for relaxation!

I enjoyed a delightful stay, especially appreciating the spacious sea view suite and the personal plunge pool, which made for a lovely retreat. The array of food was fantastic, particularly the inclusion of fresh local dishes like traditional Menorcan cuisine that catered to various dietary needs. Staff interactions, especially with John and Nahia, added a personal touch, making our experience more memorable. I wish the pool hours were extended to allow more time for sunbathing.

Had a fantastic time! The food was excellent, and the bar lounge area was super chill. Loved that it was located in a quiet little spot by the sea, perfect for grabbing some sun! Definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

I spent eight days here, and the breakfast was excellent, featuring consistently high-quality food. The staff stood out with their friendliness and attentiveness, truly enhancing the stay. I enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my room, which added a lovely atmosphere to my mornings. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making for a comfortable environment.

I couldn't understand why it wasn't accessible without paying €30 for loungers. The pool closed at 6 PM, which felt too early, especially when I wanted to enjoy the sunset by the water. Communication about our room not being ready upon arrival wasn't great. I had to spend the first night in a garden view suite instead of the sea view I had booked. The dampness in the room stuck around, and there were issues with cleanliness on the last day. I also struggled with the noise from neighboring rooms. it felt like there was no insulation at all. Weeknights had limited entertainment options, leaving the atmosphere a bit stale at times.

Amazing hotel with its spa, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me find a phone charger, which I still remember fondly. I'm coming back for another holiday soon!
